Terms of service

Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your use of pullacademy.com and your enrollment in any P.U.L.L. program. By using the website or enrolling you accept them, together with our enrollment, cancellation and pass-guarantee policy, which forms part of these terms. If P.U.L.L. agrees any special arrangement for your enrollment, it is set out in writing and agreed with you before you pay; nothing is added after payment. Questions about these terms go to pull@pullacademy.com.

Who provides the training

The training provider is P.U.L.L. (Prepare, Upskill, Learn to Lead), a project management training organization based in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan, and a PMI Authorized Training Partner (PMI ATP account C017474). P.U.L.L. is listed in PMI's public Authorized Training Partner directory under Pakistan. Support, invoices and all correspondence come from pull@pullacademy.com. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe for P.U.L.L.; PMI exam and membership fees are never collected by P.U.L.L.

Our programs and PMI

P.U.L.L. provides training and coaching to help you prepare for PMI certification exams. P.U.L.L.'s PMP® program is delivered under its PMI Authorized Training Partner license; its other programs are programs offered by P.U.L.L. P.U.L.L. is not PMI, does not administer PMI exams and does not decide applications. PMI's eligibility rules, fees, exam content and policies are set by PMI and may change; information about them on this website is provided for convenience and should be verified on pmi.org.

Training prepares you for the exam; it does not guarantee a result. Passing depends on your eligibility, preparation and performance. PMI, PMP, PgMP, PMI-RMP, PMI-ACP, CAPM, PfMP and PMBOK are registered marks of the Project Management Institute, Inc.

Enrollment, access and conduct

A place in a cohort is confirmed once your enrollment is accepted and payment, or an agreed first installment, is received. Access to the virtual classroom, recordings, simulator and roadmap is personal to you and may not be shared, resold or transferred. You agree to behave respectfully toward instructors and fellow learners, to keep other participants' information confidential and to follow PMI's code of ethics in your application and exam conduct. We may suspend access for serious or repeated breaches.

Materials and intellectual property

Course materials, recordings, practice questions, roadmaps and the content of this website are owned by or licensed to P.U.L.L. and are provided for your personal study. You may not copy, distribute, publish or create derivative works from them without written permission. PMI-authorized content used in the PMP program remains the property of PMI and is used under license.

Payments, changes and cancellations

Fees and payment schedules are shown on each program page before checkout. Program fees are generally not refundable once you enroll, with two exceptions: if P.U.L.L. cancels a cohort before it begins you choose a full refund or a transfer, and if P.U.L.L. materially changes the schedule after enrollment and the new schedule does not work for you, you may transfer or request a refund for the undelivered portion. Before the first session you may transfer once, free, to a later cohort of the same program. Installment plans are parts of the agreed program fee, not an ongoing subscription, and end automatically after the final payment. Our conditional pass guarantee (one PMI re-examination fee covered, with continued coaching, if you follow your roadmap, sit the exam and do not pass; not a guarantee of a result and not a tuition refund) and all related conditions are set out in full in that policy. P.U.L.L. may reschedule a single session or change an instructor when necessary and will tell you as early as possible. PMI's own fees are paid by you to PMI and are governed by PMI's policies.

Liability and general terms

The website and programs are provided with reasonable care but without warranties beyond those required by law. To the extent permitted by law, P.U.L.L.'s liability for any claim connected to the website or a program is limited to the fees you paid to P.U.L.L. for that program. We are not liable for indirect losses, for PMI's decisions or for interruptions caused by third-party services. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without affecting any rights you have under the consumer laws of your own country. We may update these terms; the current version is published on this page.
