P.U.L.L.Corporate and group training
A dedicated cohort for your organization
P.U.L.L. runs private, instructor-led cohorts for companies, government bodies and non-profits that want to certify a group of staff together. Your team learns in its own virtual classroom, on a schedule agreed with you, with content aligned to the PMI certification you choose: PMP®, PgMP®, PMI-RMP®, PMI-ACP®, CAPM® or PfMP®.
The PMP program for organizations is delivered under P.U.L.L.'s PMI Authorized Training Partner license and uses PMI-authorized content. Our other certification programs are programs offered by P.U.L.L., built on the same live method and aligned to the exam content outline PMI publishes for each credential.
Delivered live, in your time zone, around your work
Sessions are held online and scheduled in your organization's time zone, whether that means weekday evenings, weekend blocks or a short intensive run. Participants join from any location, so distributed teams and regional offices can train as one group.
Scenario work is built around your industry. Instead of generic examples, your team practices on situations that look like the projects, programs and risks they actually manage, which makes the material easier to retain and immediately useful back at work.
Each person gets a roadmap, and the group gets a coach
Every participant receives an individual study roadmap based on their background and the exam date you are targeting. Daily follow-up tracks progress, and coaching calls address the weak areas that show up in simulator results. Sponsors receive periodic progress summaries so you can see how the group is advancing without chasing anyone for updates.
Support does not end with the last session. Participants keep access to the exam simulator and recorded sessions, continue their coaching until their exam, and receive help preparing and submitting their PMI applications.
How to request a proposal
Email pull@pullacademy.com with the certification you are interested in, the approximate number of participants, your preferred time zone and any target dates. We reply with a proposed schedule, delivery plan and pricing for your group. Once the terms are confirmed in writing, we set up your cohort's classroom and distribute roadmaps so your team can begin preparing before the first session.
