Senior project managers running multiple projects
You already coordinate related projects and want recognition that you manage at program scale.
A live, instructor-led PgMP® preparation program offered by P.U.L.L. for leaders who run multiple related projects as one program.
Next cohort starts Oct 23, 2026 · Fri, Sat, Sun (Oct 23–25) · 10:00–16:00 ET · Live online · All dates
The Program Management Professional (PgMP)® recognizes people who manage several related projects in a coordinated way to achieve benefits that would not be available if the projects were run separately. Per PMI, the exam is organized around five domains: Strategic Program Alignment (15%), Program Life Cycle Management (44%), Business Alignment (11%), Stakeholder Engagement (16%) and Governance (14%). It tests whether you can keep a program aligned to strategy while projects inside it change, compete for resources and deliver at different speeds.
This is a program offered by P.U.L.L. for experienced practitioners, and it is deliberately different from project-level preparation. Our live sessions work through program-scale situations: a component project is late and the benefits realization plan is at risk; a sponsor changes strategic direction mid-way; two governance boards want conflicting things. You practice choosing the response that protects benefits and strategic alignment rather than the one that simply finishes a task.
Because the PgMP® application involves a panel review of your program experience, we treat the application as part of the course. You receive a personalized study roadmap, daily follow-up, coaching calls focused on how to describe programs in PMI's language, and a simulator with timed mocks to build stamina for a four-hour exam.
Per PMI; confirm current details on pmi.org.
You already coordinate related projects and want recognition that you manage at program scale.
You own benefits realization and governance for a portfolio of initiatives and want a standard to anchor your practice.
Your programs span business units and years, and you need structured tools for strategy alignment and stakeholder management.
You have the project credential and want a path toward enterprise-level leadership roles.
Every option is taught live by our instructors and follows the same success formula: roadmap, daily follow-up, coaching calls, simulator, support until you pass.
PMI exam fees and PMI membership are paid separately to PMI. Program fees are generally not refundable once you enroll; you may transfer once, free, before the first session; if P.U.L.L. cancels the cohort before it starts you choose a full refund or a transfer, and if a material schedule change makes the cohort unworkable for you, you may transfer or be refunded for the undelivered portion. See our conditional pass guarantee and enrollment terms. Questions before you enroll? Email pull@pullacademy.com.

Original situational questions in the style of the exam, with instant feedback and the reasoning behind each answer.
The panel review is a step, per PMI, in which experienced program managers evaluate the program experience you describe in your application before you are approved to schedule the exam. Our coaching calls focus on describing your programs clearly so the panel can see the program-level work you did.
Per PMI, the PgMP® exam runs four hours and contains 170 questions, 150 of which are scored and 20 of which are unscored pretest items. Our simulator mocks run the full length so you build stamina before the real day.
No, per PMI you can qualify with 48 months of project management experience within the past 15 years (36 months with a GAC-accredited degree) instead of holding an active PMP® certification. Many of our learners hold the PMP®, but it is not required.
Program experience means managing multiple related projects in a coordinated way to realize benefits that the projects could not deliver alone, per PMI's definition. We help you separate the two in your application so your program months are counted correctly.
It is different rather than simply harder: scenarios are longer, span multiple components and ask about strategy, benefits and governance decisions. Our live sessions train you to read those scenarios efficiently and reason at the program level.
Per PMI, the PgMP® is valid for three years and renewed by earning 60 professional development units in each cycle. We outline how to earn PDUs through your program leadership work.
Every session uses multi-project, multi-stakeholder scenarios, because PgMP® questions reward program-level thinking rather than project-level habits.
We dedicate coaching time to your program experience write-ups, the step that worries most candidates, so your application reflects your real work.
Your personalized study roadmap and daily follow-up are designed around the reality of a senior leader's calendar, with sprints you can actually complete.
Live cohorts bring together practitioners from different industries, and the cross-industry discussion sharpens your judgement on governance and benefits questions.
“My whole success on PgMP I owe to the team. To achieve something there should always be a backing: someone to give you confidence, guide you the right way at the right time and give you the right instructions and prerequisites. I always had that.”
