About P.U.L.L.
Who we are
P.U.L.L. is a project management training organization based in Lahore, Pakistan. We prepare working professionals for PMI certifications through live, instructor-led online cohorts open to learners anywhere in the world, and through dedicated cohorts for organizations that want to train a team together.
Our programs cover the Project Management Professional (PMP)®, Program Management Professional (PgMP)®, PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP)®, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)®, Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® and Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP)® certifications. Each program is built around the current exam content outline published by PMI, so the time you spend with us maps directly to what the exam measures.
How we train
Every cohort is taught live. You attend scheduled online sessions with an instructor, ask questions as they come up, and work through exam-style scenarios with other learners rather than watching recordings alone. Sessions are recorded for review, but the live room is where the learning happens.
Before the first session you receive a personalized study roadmap that sets out what to read, practice and revise each day between classes. Daily follow-up keeps that roadmap honest: you report what you completed, and we adjust the plan when life gets in the way. Scheduled coaching calls give you one-to-one time to clear up weak areas, review your practice results and plan your exam date.
Practice is built into the program from the start. Our exam simulator presents timed, scenario-based questions in the style of the real exam, with explanations that show why the right answer is right and why the distractors are wrong. We also help you prepare and submit your PMI application, including how to describe your experience in the format PMI expects.
Our PMP program and PMI Authorized Training Partner status
P.U.L.L. is a PMI Authorized Training Partner (Premier), and our PMP® certification training is delivered under that license. That means the PMP program uses PMI-authorized course content aligned to the current PMP Exam Content Outline, and it is taught by instructors who have completed PMI's Authorized Training Partner instructor requirements. Per PMI, training completed with an Authorized Training Partner satisfies the project management education requirement in a PMP application; confirm the current requirement on pmi.org.
Our other programs, for PgMP®, PMI-RMP®, PMI-ACP®, CAPM® and PfMP®, are programs offered by P.U.L.L. They follow the same live, roadmap-driven method and are aligned to the exam content outlines PMI publishes for each certification.
What we believe
Certification is a means, not the end. We teach the reasoning behind each practice so that you can lead projects, programs and portfolios well, not only pass a test. That reasoning is also what the current exams reward, because most questions describe a situation and ask what a competent practitioner should do next.
We believe accountability beats motivation. A roadmap, daily check-ins and a fixed cohort schedule carry you through the weeks when motivation fades. We believe in honest guidance: we will tell you when you are ready to book the exam and when you are not. And we believe clear, plain language is a sign of understanding, which is why our teaching, our materials and this website avoid jargon wherever a simpler word will do.
Who we serve
Our learners are working professionals: project and program managers, engineers, analysts, consultants, team leads and specialists moving into management across construction, technology, energy, healthcare, finance, telecommunications and public-sector work. Open cohorts bring together learners from many countries and time zones; corporate cohorts are scheduled around one organization's calendar.
If you are deciding which certification fits your experience, start with the free tools on our Resources page or write to pull@pullacademy.com. We will answer plainly and point you to the right program, even if that means telling you to wait until you meet PMI's eligibility requirements.
