This policy explains what personal information P.U.L.L. collects when you visit pullacademy.com, contact us or enroll in a program, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have. Information we collect
Information you give us: your name, email address, country, professional background and anything you include in a message or an enrollment form. If you enroll, we also collect the details needed to deliver the program and support your PMI application, such as your study progress, simulator results and the training records PMI may ask you to produce.
Information collected automatically: standard web server logs and analytics data such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser type and the referring site. The free tools on this website run in your browser; the answers you enter in a quiz or calculator are not sent to us unless you choose to share them.
How we use information
We use personal information to respond to your enquiries, deliver training and coaching, issue training certificates, support your PMI application, process payments, improve our programs and website, and send you information about cohorts or resources you have asked about. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to our training services.
Sharing and storage
We share information only with service providers that help us operate, such as email, video classroom, payment and analytics providers, and only to the extent needed for them to perform their service. We may disclose information if the law requires it. Because we serve learners worldwide, your information may be processed in countries other than your own; we take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it is stored.
We keep enrollment and training records for as long as needed to deliver the program, meet our obligations and respond to a PMI audit on your behalf, and then delete or anonymize them. Enquiry records are kept for a reasonable period and then removed.

The website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and to measure how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, although some conveniences may not. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles of individual visitors.
